What is Cryotherapy?

Cryotherapy – a hyper-cooling process that lowers a person’s skin temperature to approximately 1⁰ C for a period of up to two minutes by enveloping the body with extremely cold air at temperatures ranging from -130 C to -160 C. This extremely cold temperature in turn reduces inflammations throughout the body amongst many other health benefits.
