The difference between a Cryochamber and a Cryosauna is simple;
With a Cryosauna, your head is left sticking out of the top and you are not completely isolated inside, it takes longer to reach the correct temperature so you only have around 30 seconds at -130 as opposed to the Cryochamber which you step into and it is sealed off.
The chamber allows for a more uniform distribution of temperate and you will reach
-130⁰ C and more within the first 15-20 seconds of the treatment.
